Rhonda’s Cooking is a distribution company that produces healthy foods, pastries and snacks that do not contain dairy, soy, eggs, artificial preservatives or flavorings. Our target demographics are consumers who have food allergies or intolerances, consumers who are challenged with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, as well as consumers who are simply health conscience. In addition to producing a variety of food items, Rhonda’s Cooking, LLC is a distributor of healthy products such as Celtic Sea Salt, Raw Agave Syrup, Stevia, and 100% whole grains such as brown rice and quinoa flour. Also, the company provides Food Lifestyle Coaching and/or Food Makeovers. Currently, Rhonda’s Cooking is 90% local business with the remaining dedicated to mail order. In the future, the company would like to expand its distribution to include specialty coffee shops, grocery stores and strategic alliances (caterers, doctors, etc.). Rhonda’s Cooking is located in Laveen, Arizona.

About Rhonda Peters
Rhonda Peters is the Chief Executive Officer of Rhonda’s Cooking, LLC. Rhonda is Certified to Provide Dietary Counseling and is a Certified Professional Food Manager with over 10 years of engineering and business experience in the high-technology industry, and has managed major programs in engineering, strategic planning, and competitive and market analysis. Rhonda has an MBA from Arizona State University, a MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri and a BS in physics from Dillard University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Since learning about her allergies to dairy, soy and eggs, Rhonda has been on a quest to convert the traditional southern meals that she grew up eating to accommodate her new diet. Through extensive research and testing, Rhonda has developed a number of healthy appetizers, entrees and desserts that can offer clients alternative meals that are healthy with excellent flavors. Her purpose is to empower and teach people how to cook and eat healthy meals that are good for the body and taste great. She has also written a cookbook author that will be released in the Fall of 2008.
