About Rhonda’s Cooking

Rhonda’s Cooking is a company that produces healthy foods, pastries and snacks that do not contain dairy, soy, eggs, artificial preservatives or flavorings. Our target demographics are consumers who have food allergies or intolerances, consumers who are challenged with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, as well as consumers who are simply health conscience. In addition to producing a variety of food items, Rhonda’s Cooking, LLC, is a publisher of healthy cookbooks and a distributor of healthy products such as Celtic Sea Salt Brand.  Currently, Rhonda’s Cooking is 90% local business with the remaining dedicated to mail order. In the future, the company would like to expand its distribution to include specialty coffee shops, grocery stores and strategic alliances (caterers, doctors, etc.). Rhonda’s Cooking is located in Laveen, Arizona,  and Atlanta, Georgia.

About Rhonda Peters

Rhonda Peters is a Diet Counselor and Certified Professional Food Manager.  Since learning about her intolerance to dairy, soy and eggs, Rhonda has been on a quest to convert the traditional southern meals that she grew up eating in Louisiana to accommodate her new diet.  Through extensive research and testing, Rhonda has developed a number of healthy breakfast foods, appetizers, entrees and desserts that can offer people alternative, delicious meals that are healthy with excellent flavors.  Rhonda is a member of The Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network (FAAN), Celiac Disease Foundation, American Heart Association, and American Diabetes Association. Rhonda is also the Phoenix Gluten-free Food Examiner for Examiner.com.

    • Hi, Alice, yes, yes! My recipes in the cookbook definitely helps with auto-immune diseases. I was diagnosed with two–Rheumatoid Arthritis and Thyroid Disease, which inspired me to create these recipes. To compliment the book, make sure you read the post that I did on foods that cause inflammation.
